We are ‘live environment’ experts and specialise in the delivery of new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects for a range of clients across a number of sectors.
We are appointed to provide a range of services across national frameworks and standalone projects throughout the UK.
Understanding our clients’ requirements and budgets, we combine high quality materials, modern construction methods and value engineering to deliver outstanding cost-effective results. From initial design through to construction, our dedicated and experienced delivery teams develop close-working relationships with our clients, consultants and supply chain.
We pride ourselves on our stakeholder experience and satisfaction, which results in repeat business. We understand the logistical challenges our clients face and have the experience and expertise to support them through the delivery of their projects.
A high proportion of our projects involve working within live and sensitive environments.
We are well-practiced in maintaining ‘business as usual’ during programmes for major works, upgrades and refurbishments and respect the business, legal and safety needs of our clients and their third parties, such as customers and supply chain.
We have more than 25 years' experience in leading NEC, JCT, design & build and traditional contracts.
This experience, combined with our organisational capabilities, leaves us well placed to undertake the role of Principal Contractor - planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating the construction phase of a project.
We appreciate that our clients value their customer experience & our on site teams work to ensure existing operations are not compromised during a project. We are available to undertake works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that our clients experience minimal disruption.
At JSG we employ a number of trades in house to ensure that we can guarantee competitive rates & ensure a high-quality project is delivered.
Our management team & site operatives have decades of experience within other sectors such as leisure & hospitality, healthcare & commercial refurbishments.
JSG are able to deliver high quality projects on short notice throughout the South of England, Midlands & Wales. Please contact us to discuss availability for projects outside of these locations.
